Every year the Cross Crusade makes a trip to Barton Park. It is a love/hate venue. Either way it's always memorable. This year was no exception. The rain came so we were treated to slick muddy Barton rather than the dusty freeway of Barton last year. Major Dave came out the worst with a nasty crash in the highest speed section of the course. Here's a pic of Dave before his incident.
Dave D raced Masters B. Here he is on the big runup. After this race they cut out this section of course because the descent just before this caused some serious carnage.
Instead of the big runup, we got to hop over another big concrete block. Here's Nick attacking the A's.

Hey Nick, any word on when Shimano's coming out with those f*****g sick titanium collarbone braces? I could really use one or two before my next race.
