Coaches Jeremy Dunn and Joe Staples came out and did a fabulous job at coaching last weeks PDX SCHOOL OF CROSS. Not only did they share their cross skills but also did a pretty funny skit on how to apply embrocation. Read about it on the Embrocation blog.
